ICICI Lounge access through DreamFolks QR code

Hi guys,
Has anyone tried adding their ICICI cards that give lounge access to Dreamfolks website, and using that to access lounges? Normally ICICI gates lounge access behind a spend of 5000 in the previous quarter, wanted to know if this a workaround that works/might work or not
