Dear ICICI card holders from expression cards how much time duration is there to upgrade to ICICI mmt platinum I got sr request no. from cc on 16dec2022 @ 02.20pm till now there is no communication received from ICICI Regards my upgrade card request even cc executive happily said it will generate virtual card till yesterday midnight.
Kindly Some one clarify

From 1st Nov, expression to any gems card will have 3months waiting time (unless you have banking relationship) and for platinum you have to apply separately as been informed by CC service on 22th Nov

sometimes it takes 24 hrs sometimes 2-4 days...
check after midnight today or tommarrow, card will show in app..

Dear they denied for upgrade after that agreed for paid conversion I am salary ac holder from may 2020 till now no pre approved offer so followed expression route.

I converted my Expression to Plat LTF on 2nd Dec (within 12 hrs of expression cc generation), agreed on 1st call itself. Depends on your pitch ig 😀.
Now I realise I should have gone with MMT PLAT LTF (since free railway lounge and conditional(easy) airport lounge benefits)

How did you convert Expression card to Platinum LTF? I asked them and they clearly denied.

2nd i followed one more hit to try to convert my expression that i am cancelling after mmt generate requested for make it platinum ltf cancellation team took my request from large conversation after holding salary a/c from last 3 years application got declined every times more than 3 enquiry follow in cibil etc rather than cancel cc a/c they except my platinum card request finally now i have both upgrades platinum ltf & mmt 590/- .
