I want to know if there is any processing fee for no cost emi on icici credit card, if i pre-close or cancel the emi within a week, will the processing fee be reversed since amazon showing 199rs processing fee+ gst.

Only for some banks, including icici, many bank charges 3% emi cancellation charges, please ask bank first before opting for emi. I got my whole charges reversed but don't do it repeatedly, many using this trick to order others stuff for low prices have got their cards blacked permanently.

They wont flag for 1 time use or few times in a year.
But continuously doing for every trxn or more than 2 in a month may lead to flag
