I want to know if there is any processing fee for no cost emi on icici credit card, if i pre-close or cancel the emi within a week, will the processing fee be reversed since amazon showing 199rs processing fee+ gst.

You will get all charges/fees back and will enjoy no cost emi interest discount as additional benefit but you should not make it habit else your card may get flagged and closed.
