I applied for icici cc on nov 2nd through bank employee over call
He took some other agent over conference call and he did not asked me adhar/ pan card just asked my office address etc.
Then i got message from JM-ICICIB, Dear Customer, your ICICI Bank Credit Card Application 7xxxxxx2 is under process. It will be completed within 5 days.
After that i got no update .iam calling customer care but they are unable to fetch any details from this application and Mobile number.
I dropped few mails to

But they repeat same thing all time it will take 21 days but 21 days are already passed now.
Where should i complaint to higher authorities of icici ?
No i did not get any other application number apart from this Msg
After this you will receive another sms with actual application number

This is whan final decision of your application is taken..... I applied on 23 my application approved yesterday..... I got a call from salary team of icici for ltf coral... Just gave cibil check consent via sms.... That's it from my side...
And icici application tracker is not working... Even I cant see my application status although card has been approved...
Complain to [email protected]. But I would say to wait a more... As for me experience of complaining regarding credit card applications to higher authority has not been good... There are very good chance that application will get rejected
