I am planning to buy Smartphone of 19000 after exchange on my ICICI PLATINUM CREDIT CARD!

I have 9000 limit on 10,000 FD.
THIS IS MY SECURED CREDIT CARD!

Is there any possibility that my transaction of above amount will get succeed?

If I add remaining 10000 rs like overpaying my credit card bill

Yes you can pay 10,000 to increase the limit and then use the whole limit to buy phone
