Adding funds  to pockets.10digitmobileno@icici is the official method to do pockets top up.

Ya, this is also right. You can check BHIM UPI section, there you can find another option i.e. 9xxxxxxxxx@pockets UPI ID for your pockets account. I always use this one.

Have you received your refund ? My money is still stucked even after 7 days.

My remitter bank is ICICI bank & now they are sending this successfully transferred email repeatedly everyday, with wrong details of the beneficiary pockets wallet. All the pockets wallet details shared are wrong, registered mobile no is wrong, IFSC code is wrong & account number is wrong  .Only the VPA mentioned is correct. 

Besides, I am unable to understand why are they mentioning IFSC code & account no to me as, I have topped up the pockets wallet via  UPI.

Can anybody suggest how to handle this issue .

By the way ICICI also have bank account number on Pockets account.

you can find out, if you have paytm bank account then send Rs1 through Paytm UPI and after send you will see full ICICI pockets bank account number.

The details are of my pockets account .

The last 4 digits  of my pockets account are 7550

After sending Rs 3000 via UPI ,I again sent Rs 1 to same pockets account .Rs 3000 was nowhere but Rs 1 was credited insntly in the pockets account.

I mean last time i checked, when i send money to my pockets UPI ID that time showing some different bank account number but money was successfully credited.

Anyways in your case your pockets register mobile number also showing different. 

I mean your mobile number showing 90xxxxxx but pockets VPA mobile number showing 95xxxxxx

I think only ICICI bank can help you. Ask them why your VPA mobile number and register mobile number is different.

One more thing ,I would like to point out that the IFSC code share by them ICIC0DC0099 is also invalid.

May be this invalid IFSC code has some clue.

Tried this option also through laptop ,level 2 complaint is not responding .

Finally,received the refund after 11 days.

The grievance cell of ICICI is obsolete (reached upto level 3) .I am still asked by the grievance cell to wait for 4 weeks. The grievance cell has raised several issues like IMPS issue, credit card issue for my single UPI Issue but failed to raise the UPI issue itself. How is this ICICI bank operating is beyond my knowledge !!

Even raising complaint on NPCI didn’t help ( See the screenshot).

Its my personal opinion that there is some autotime limit in ICICI servers ,after which the amount is automatically refunded back to source.

Money sent to pockets.10digtmobileno@icici or 10digitmobileno@pockets both are failing .I just tried both the methods to add funds to pockets at approx 03:55 AM but thanks God ,I got instant refund.

Waste of time & efforts .

My working from last 3 days, i send money to pockets.10digtmobileno@icici successfully transfer and money credited to my pockets wallet and also got Rs50 cashback 2 times

but yesterday my 10digitmobileno@pockets to bank transfer initiated and debited from my pockets wallet but not credited to my Paytm bank account.

Anyone know, amount will credit or refund ? I have heard that some users face similar problem.

Which savings bank account are you using for pockets top-up?
