Dunno. I have 3 Pockets Mini KYC accounts verified with completely fictitious Voter ID cards. The stupid app wasn't taking the genuine no. but no issues with fakes!

Not sure, but I think only one pard can be linked with one pockets only. If somehow you managed to do that you may incur financial losses if pockets executive block your account.
By the way ,are you able to create new pockets account ?

But I am unsure if my old secondary pockets wallet will be blocked due to same pan. I just want to keep both for the 100rs monthly offer.

From 1 Jan 2023 1.5% charges + gst will be levied on wallet loads via netbanking on paytm .So ,to get get Rs 100 (Rs 50 + 50) cashback ,you have to load pockets wallet with Rs 6000 (Rs 3000 + 3000).
Now if you load this Rs 6000 + Rs 100 to paytm wallet via netbaning in Paytm wallet, you have to pay Rs 107.97 (Rs 91.5 at 1.5% charges + 16.47 as GST of 18%). Means you will be in a loss of Rs 7.97.
