Just realised I paid charges to redeem points in past. On complaining, ICICI pointed towards the following message.

Notes: With effect from June 12, 2014, a Redemption Handling Fee + Goods and Services Tax will be levied for every rewards redemption request for reward points earned on ICICI Bank Credit Cards, Debit Cards or MySavingsRewards. For details, please



Any way out of this?

Icici is moving away from payback system… so wait for 1month.. after that directly redeem from payback site.
