I am using ICICI Mine account. Recently my account upgraded to Privilege. I don't know if my account category changed or not ?

- How can I know ,if it is still zero balance account or not? Is there any option in iMobile/netbanking to check ?
- Whatever I saw online about its benefits, I didn't find anything interesting. Is there any benefit?

My mine 😂 account also turned to privilege thingy when I got Apay CC with 4.2 lac limit. Nothing changed so far and still 0 MAB.

Its just change of colour with which you might have bored.
No change on mab due to this upgrade. You can check in imobile. Go to statment and then acc details and then check mab

When u visit branch then just say there that you are privilege customer, most probably they will have a separate helpdesk for privilege customers there

Same happened with me, my mine account automatically upgraded to privilage account. imobile app theme change to maroon.
But don't know the pros and cons
