Checked. Till now they have not issued me any card. No new card is visible in iMobile. The request status is stil open.

I see a new debit card with bin no 401704 added to my account. The picture shows Visa Platinum and not Rupay Platinum. Now I need to close this card and try all over again. I am thinking to directly call the ICICI customer service and ask them to make the application for the add on card on my behalf and mention in that application that I want Rupay Platinum card

I called my relationship manager. She told that add on card is chargeable. She then told that if you want then replace existing visa card to rupay card and said there won’t be any charges. Let’s see.

I m not able to add money to my Amazon account. It says monthly limit of 10k reached. Though i did not add more than 1k in last 45 days.

Its not about bank account but Amazon pay. When i select Add Money, i m getting that error

ohh, Amazon wallet mini kyc limit is 10k per month.

use any other amazon wallet and complete mini kyc

But i have not consumed that 10 limit. And customer care is saying ur kyc has expired and will have to do full kyc now

There are a few comments which says it is not possible to modify a created service request. This is where I’m skeptical about.

PS: My primary(only) debit card from ICICI is Rupay Platinum, and is a salary account type

Nothing different than what is mentioned in the main post. Only thing to remember is to create the request and call during the day time as they dont entertain for this after 8pm. Though i called them the next day (yesterday) and can see the card in app today

While calling cc ,should we ask them to modify existing SR to include comment for rupay.

Or something else should be done?
