Never keep balance in voda idea airtel. They are good for unlimited packs only. I am using 999 365 days plan in idea. Got 12GB + 10GB bonus comes to less than 80 per month after all the promos. Unlimited calls n sms. Data can be used whenever jio is not working or for hotspot.
No balance or vas deduction as less that re1 in account.

After 3-4 days i asked for update via mail(replied to same thread) and again i got same reply asking me to send my details lol.
Again i sent , after that no update despite asking them several times.

Funniest part is CC team is saying you have deactivated by your self so we can’t return your money as it is not active anymore because you deactivated, i was like wtf man.
So i think there is no way i can get my money back.

But most saddening part for me is , I don’t care much about 30/- .
But what if they did the same to a very poor person? I just want them to change their methods .
I don’t think they have accountability.
I called CC and complained about my issue , but after i hung up the call, they just marked my call as “balance enquiry and resolved”(can see in bsnl portal) lol
Atleast by default make everyone’s sim DND enabled and remove it only on request (I don’t know who will request for removal of DND on their sim though)

Good suggestion of DND by default ! It will be somewhat benefit to the unknown/illiterate users if applied by operators in future. plus1

Man why do you think BSNL has huge loss year after year? Why don’t anyone want to be with BSNL? Why does professionals prefer service of private sector companies?? It’s because if these BSNL or government employee. They are illiterate, greedy, lazy and corrupt.

You are lucky guy, they deduct 21 Rs from my 100 rs balance and when no balance was available for deduction (i did not recharge) then they kept VAS service on standby. Later when i recharged (after incoming got blocked) then VAS was activated again and balance was deducted.

Dial 155223 and Deactivate your all vas. And after that dial 1909 To activate DONotDisturb service and chill. Dail 1925 and stop your balance deduction after data end or Send SMS Stop to 1925. And live peaceful life.

Their policy is so dumb .
Suddenly I got sms that some stupid service got activated and that 30/- got deducted and at the end of the sms it said , send “stop” to some number for deactivation. I did that immediately and it got deactivated buy obviously money did not come.

I called bsnl customer care and their reply is laughable , they are behaving weirdly by saying like it’s mistake to deactivate and after deactivation from my end they can’t do anything lol.
Before that for 2-3 days they said server issue and they can’t check about this lol.
One agent claimed that “if you did not activate the pack on your own then why did you deactivate on yoir own” lol , i was like wtf man , you want to cut my money next month also if i forget to deactivate .

That moment i felt that BSNL is still too backward.
They said if my complaint is not resolved i have to go in person and meet someone in some office.
They don’t know what’s meaning of email I think according to what that agent told  me.
I sent them a mail too after searching internet about their email id and all.
No update till now despite several reminders.
I know it’s just 30/- but I did not like what they did and how they did and most importantly the customer care.

Bro your calculation is wrong. They are charging 21 RS per week or 84 RS per month (approx). Now in next 50 years they will charge 50400 RS (if I keep active Sim with balance). I may not become bankrupt but they sure will be most profitable company out there without doing anything. After all in India many people still don’t know English and Vodafone can teach them American English with it’s English seekho pack.
