Idfc account not opened but 30k deducted

Today I tried opening idfc first saving account and I funded it with 30k and after that I got a message that pan entered is invalid and got redirected to homepage again !
I have no idea where 30k gone!
Don’t even got a single mail from idfc regarding that transaction?
Anyone who faced this issue and what next?
Also I cross checked that I entered the correct pan card number don’t know what’s wrong with idfc
Any idea what to do next  pensive

Ahen I again entered the same mobile number and email to register it says leave where you left !
When I click on the link in mail to resume it shows you are already part of idfc bank contact customer support that’s it

Do you know if idfc now does a video call for full kyc , or do you have to still go to the branch to complete the kyc?

Previously for my mother’s account I tried to schedule video kyc but no notification for the same from idfc then after 15 days one of the person from branch visited and taken documents

@ritikjain56 did you get refund of 30k?

Even i applied for 10k account last week, but account was not opened and money also is deducted.
