IDFC Active loan account reported as Written off
I’m having Ola postpaid plus sanctioned by IDFC bank. It is still Active. 10 days back also, I have made the due payment. All the payments were on time.
Today, my Experian score was updated in Onescore app and the IDFC loan account was reported as Written off (SF/WD/WO/SET/RES). I have also checked the credit report from Experian website.
I have contacted IDFC, they confirmed that the loan account is still Active. So I have raised a dispute through Experian website.
My credit score was 790+ from last 6 months. But now decreased by 132 points.
Anyone had similar experience ? Even if they correct it next month, whether the score will come back to normal immediately or it takes few months ? @guest_999 @getready

Last month, the loan account status was wrongly updated in Cibil also. Cibil score deceased by 12 points.
Complained to Cibil, Experian and the bank.
The loan account status correctly updated as Active in both the credit bureaus.
Within a month, Cibil score is back to normal, increased by 12 points. But Experian score is still 132 points down, let’s see how many months Experian takes to update the score.

Score will be Updated immediately after the DATA Updation.
i have faced this with capital float. Due to technical issue ,they reported a late payment to CIBIL ,due to this my cibil score decreased by 42 Points..They agreed their mistake and updated the same day.
Next day i have refreshed my cibil score and it’s back to normal
