IDFC Debit Card - Mobikwik use

I recently opened IDFC account and was trying to use my debit card to pay credit card bill on Mobikwik for a new account benefits. However, Mobikwik is not recognizing the debit card and gives error incorrect card number.
Anyone else faced this ?
What is the best way to use card for new account offers ?
