IDFC denying Amazon Prime voucher after FIRST Select upgrade.

My relationship manager called me before more than a month to convert my account to FIRST Select and i will receive Amazon Prime Voucher.
but even after 40 days, they are not sending me Amazon Prime Voucher.
Relationship manager and Customer care both saying that they can't provide voucher now. If any such scheme comes in future, they will inform me.
Anybody received Amazon Prime Voucher code from IDFC?

Relationship manager said that they are not giving to anyone now even if it was promissed at the time of converting to FIRST Select.
As far as I know officially only First wealth accounts get amazon prime 1 year membership. It seems to be either a mistake or false assurance to give same benefit to First Select acc.
Not really. I am a select customer. Got Az Prime last week after complaint.

And I assume you got the amazon prime 1 year voucher code or is it like timesprime membership vouchers which can only be activated on linked mobile no.
not got anything,got wealth debit card & cheque book only
If you check IDFC First Select Banking link ( https://www.idfcfirstbank.com/personal-banking/... ), there is no mention of complimentary Amazon Prime membership which I had seen couple of weeks ago. That’s bad practice by IDFC Bank.
Recently their decision to take debit card fee which they reversed because of many account closure.

Friends, I got Amazon Prime Code today. 😋
What i did is yesterday, i went to IDFC branch to close mine and my wife's account with my friend who has 6 a/c in IDFC ( 3 personal and 3 joint).
and he has good balance in all a/c. so we both said that we are closing 8 a/c because of this reason. the branch manager came and said that please don't close a/c, he will send voucher in 24hrs max and just before an hour i got voucher. 😄

I am already main 3l+ amb from a month. Now how to upgrade.

Not possible unless your RM willing to make extra effort & luck is on your side. You need at least 3 months AMB as per official conditions.

I received one more Amazon prime code for my a/c from IDFC 😜.
Here are the problems:
1. Trusting RMs, one should never take action just based on their words. It's always recommended to verify from other sources. Let them be from any bank.

If RM and level-1 CC said that after enrolling for FIRST Select, I will get Amazon Voucher. Then upto which level i should confirm it?
