idfc easy buy card

Hi All,
IDFC has given me easybuy card without any application or any consent with limit 90k.
I didn’t even wanted the card nor I had any knowledge of it. Just today while browsing the app , i came to know about it..
Are there anyone else who have got the card in similar fashion i.e without any action by them.
And also how to close it.

I too received it 2 years ago, didn’t do anything as I did not find any entry in CIBIL.

2 years ago they suddenly delivered it to me. As there is no charges neither I used it nor returned
