I am waiting for more than 10 mins to connect to customer care and that too it is chargeable number 1860 500 1111, to report a fraudulent transaction. Still not connected. What kind of service this bank is giving.

Mobile number linked with IDFC classic Card got connected in 1 minute.
The issue seems to be with IDFC first WEALTH card. Never getting connected.

This is complete opposite of what is expected, wealth card should get first priority over all other card variants except private.

@ creditcard any one else with wealth card having similar issue? I am unable to connect yet.

Try contacting via chat; was able to contact immediately but service is poor. They just give robotic answer but maybe they will be able to block card immediately.

I already blocked my card through mobile app. I wanted to know about connectivity issue.
