It depends on the branch & your address. I have opened acc 2 years back. all i get is wow fd wala cc.

@romilq idfc has LTF cards for everyone. No need for pre approved offer. I am not about non account holder but you can try for yourself.

BTW, there are no offers on any of these banks these days. IDFC still has some once in a blue moon.
