It is ₹250+GST=₹292 per transaction.
Max limit (per statement, I think) is 10% of your credit limit.

One of my banker friend said there is a limit of 40 notes per transaction, with 2000 ₹ notes off ATM’S so my guess is max 20k/transaction.
But again idfc may impose per txn limits.

290 per transaction. Most ATMs have multiple of 500 these days. Max 40 notes so there’s a limit too.
