I have collected 8k points in idfc reward point but sadly today when I wanted to redeem for Amazon or Flipkart voucher, I don't see them...can someone confirm if this is temporary or permanent?

If you buy gvs from respective websites using idfc cc, on final checkout page you can pay via rewards

what was the conversion rate for amazon/flipkart vouchers from idfc reward points? 1 point = 0.25p voucher?
