Flipkart pay later ?
IDFC Loan in Cibil

I do not have any loan but Cibil started showing IDFC Loan. Please advise which Pay Later service has been powered by IDFC.
I have only Mobikwik Pay Later which I activated by mistake and I have deactivated since then.

It is mobikwick pay later. You can only disable it but can’t able to close it
It will show up as idfc loan with limit of 50000 and usage as 0.
Same is in my mobikwick account.

@Santhu4444 Disabling from the app, doesn’t closes the loan; You will have to send mails to mobiwkik and more importantly to idfc with the account/loan number asking them to close it off; make sure that there’s no due/unpaid amount;

Update : After complaining on Twitter, IDFC folks called me and they were very helpful. Gave an email address of Mobikwik to get this account closed. They said it is possible for Mobikwik to close this account.

But mobikwick don’t have option to close zip account.
I talked with cc in past. They said we don’t have option to close zip account. Only you can disable it. We are helpless .they said. 😡

Update : Received mail confirmation from Mobikwik that this will be closed and removed from Cibil within 8 – 10 days. I will have to wait for next month’s cibil report to confirm.
