I have opened account and my account is blocked, 10000 stucked, no one is helping niether IDFC nor niyo, tagged rbi also on twitter, but no response.please help me if anyone has any idea

IDFC customer care is saying they can’t do anything in this, niyo is separate dept. Call them only.
