I don't think they provide RSA for 2-wheelers. There is no mention of 2-wheeler in the T&C, just car

I finally availed the rsa at 5pm today. Super smooth process
My car battery was dead, I saw this card was lying with me. Noticed there was complementary RSA. Booked the RSA and within 30mins mechanic came to doorstep and jumpstart the battery.
