I have One Problem please Help me,
Recently I opened IDFC first Bank 10k varient account online, When I Completed all process after Adhar number And put OTP in form, 10000 average Monthly Balance become zero and in their Website and it's Mentioned Dear Customer Exclusive Offer For You it's Zero Average Monthly Balance, so I proceeded, After open Account IDFC WhatsApp bank send massage it's Clearly mention name,account no, and Average Monthly Balance is ZERO,
now customer Executive said your Account is 10000 account so maintain 10k average monthly balance, I have all screenshot of website and WhatsApp that mentioned ZERO AMB.
I complaint through mail, in mail also they mentioned ZERO AMB, but customer care executives told not zero balance, and in IDFC there is no zero Amb account exist.
What I do now, where I complaint about this thing?

Ask them if Debit card has annual charges on your account or is also lifetime free.
