How to apply in kite as shni ?
To all who are not seeing SHNI or other options -
You can apply and based on the amount it is automatically categorized as
normal bid, shni or bhni.
If greater than 2 lacs than SHNI
If greater than 10 lacs than BHNI
You can apply normally and the system will auto categorize it.

Will not subscribe because of my personal apprehension towards IPO. Never heard about IKIO lighting before. In my limited understanding they are just contract manufacturer for electrical goods. This type of business generally has no moat and a lot depends on pricing power. From the balance sheet disclosed it appears that their margins are improving and so does the profits. Is it sustainable, that's the real question. What happens when some other companies wants the profit pie? Also most of their business comes from repeat customers and one particular customer. If they cuts the order book depending on their own financial health it might be a challenge. So it is a risky bet for now. On a positive side they can scale up the business . Balance sheet is decent too.
