You are supposed to send email to amazon or whoever you purchased from. This is not consumercare portal.

By the way, AAA batteries are usually costlier than AA. See if you have any item which needs AAAs, else you may get into circus of talking to care.

I heard if you return more than once or order multiple phones they put you in temp blacklist and reduce offers. ?

I’ve read (heard) too, but never experienced one. I have various types of orders in my account(unfortunately I hold only one account) and quite a lot of returns/replacements too.

Maybe they were genuine so didn’t raise suspicion. All is fine as long as Amazon patented algorithms show they are profiting from you.
