I want to discuss very important.
Please help.
My father is expired on 21/10/2019. Via a accident (2 bulls are fighting on road, when my father on bike and coming home, suddenly 1 bull jums on bike, and my father with bike falls on road, first hospitalised and the died after 2 days.
When we visit to police station for fir, they didn’t done any fir, said to whom against they do fir, it can’t be against bull.
They wrote the case in general Dairy.
And provided as print out of that.
Now I visited sbi general insurance branch, they said fir is mandatory.
What to do?

One general question, why isn’t a Death Certificate enough?
Because of recent rise in number of frauds.
Also, this is accidental death insurance not life insurance.
I have received below suggestion from one of my friend in relevant field.

Ki someone has bullied the bull and he ran over father”

Try this > Go to another PS and mention bull owner didnot take care of his bull and it ran over bike. Does that area covered under surveillance.
Not possible. Only the PS under whose jurisdiction the area comes can help. Other PS will send you to PS of that area

Can’t FIR be filed against the owner of the bulls for letting it roam around in the roads. He has to be punished!
