IndusInd Bank Credit Card Reward Point Devaluation Alert!
With effect from 15th March 2022, 1 Reward Point = Rs. 0.75 of cash value (It’s 1 RP = Rs. 1 now)
* Applicable For Pioneer Legacy Credit Card Or Lower Variant Cards (Legend, Pinnacle, etc)

Already they have horrible Rewards system and they want to revise it now. Good decision to reduce the customers.
Premium Cards Pinnalce/Legend provide 2% cashback but normal cards like Flipkart/Ace provide 2% cashback. So nothing excellent from Indus Ind.

at least they dont charge the 125 rs ka fee like icici does

incorrect. indusind also charge 99+gst i.e. around 118.
Do they still allow statement credit by calling customer care? Minimum points required – 500?
is the points devaluation also happening for iconia amex card too?

iI have the same card , i redeemed the full points without any fees.
Indusind bank has reduced its cash valuation from 1 rs to 0.75 paisa for 1 reward points from 15th march. So now Pinnacle card cashback will be 1.875% instead of 2.5% for online transactions

When I received Pinnacle, it was in their super premium catagory, now its devalued a lot. I paid 25k+gst without any voucher at that time

You can call customer care/RM and place the request for upgrade, but it will have a joining fee unless you have a pre-approved LTF offer. You can confirm via CC

Pinnacle is also getting devalued from April 15th. Terrible.
Not sure whether to keep it or move to something like Axis Ace.

Just check on Indusind website. Go to Pinnacle and then click on rewards. It is clearly shown there. I called CC to confirm as well.
