My Kotak Bank is showing as RESTRICTED REFUND while ICICI Bank is showing as Eligible for Refund.

How to fixed this ,tried removing bank account but still showing the same so finally enabled the toggle nomination for refund!

by the way,what is that option means!

The restricted refund can be due to many reasons. My icici, for example, is not getting validated since past many years.

Just go with the one they approved for refund and nominate that one.
