Dont go to gym. The pressure and physical stress may cause heart attack. Stay home and eat healthy. I dont know maybe you can try yoga . Its free its great. Gym is a waste unless you are a celebrity or single 😄

When practising extensive workout sessions, heavy and intense exercises lead to high blood pressure which leads to the heart working harder to pump blood to the rest of the body. This results in the thickening of the lower left heart chamber increasing the risk of heart attack or sudden cardiac arrest.

Live happily with what you have. If you have problem talk openly with your parents.... No one else will understand you better. Always keep yourself busy with some work it will help you keep away from loneliness and depression. Always buy only if you have money dont push yourself for emi and debts. Only if people around you are happy then only you will be happy so is the society sunglasses

I saw few videos on trends there... 2 girls dying during marriage ceremony, person dancing collapsed, driver of bus died while driving and bus jumped signal and rammed into others, a person praying to Sai Baba did not get up, a guy collapsed while walking with friends, and guy in gym.. seriously target poora kar rahe hein Yamraj kilo ke bhaaw mein 😥

There's nothing shocking or out of the ordinary here. It is inevitable, when these fools have no clue how much stress their body/mind can take. Pressure of abnormally high office work, then indulging in social media activities for rest of the day, seriously, I don't get these people. And some proudly hit the gym without even thinking whether their body can take it! There are endurance tests which will show how much stress your heart can take, but nah, better to just hit the gym, stick a 20k earphone, check the 40k smartwatch for notifications (lmfao), be proud, impress the estrogen bearing even-more-fools, and pretend living a modern and kwalty life. Monkeys have more common sense than these fools.

Just relax, breathe, chill the F out.

Dayum! "impress the estrogen" statement is a real chad.

I just want to say one thing. Everything when done in excess has their own side-effects. Gymming is a part of life style, but taking it to do some crazy level is something your body won't accept. Stress for that matter as well.

I have seen guys/girls taking pre-workouts which is nothing but contains crazy amount of caffiene. Even i took it once without any guidance. That small scoop of around 5gm was enough for a sudden rush of blood into my veins. I could feel the blood running to my vessels. Although i was performing  those extra reps but i was not getting tired. My body kept on telling me to do more reps and sets.  The effect was nearly for almost 4 hrs, and during those 4 hrs, itching/tickling was happening at another level. Probably the worst feeling ever, it was like some Bhaang nasha.

I workout now with coffee only and a pinch of pre-workout when i feel lazy(Not recommeding anything here at all). Do take these supplements with proper guidance.

Pressure this, pressure that. Human beings are designed to take pressure, unthinkable ones. Case increase ni hua bass pahle pata nai chalta tha ab pata chal raha. Bass yahi ek difference hai.

A lot of the comments here giving opinions without any concrete proof/scientific basis is how people end up taking misinformed steps. Please do researches or learn how to intepret them before coming to conclusions. Covid itself is huge contributor to increased pro coagulatory state. Especially those who were severely affected by covid19. Yes, stress and lifestyle also contributes a lot, but it was a gradual change as compared to the sudden rise in cases. Also don't assume that people who used to live before were relatively stress free, its difficult to give a qualitative estimate. Going to gym itself is not at all a bad thing. On the contrary, sedentary life is the culprit. But at the same time taking it to the extremes or unhealthy obsessions with supplements is bad for your health. Even the professors I know personally have published papers regarding effecy of covid19. So please do make yourself more aware before jumping to conclusions.

I wonder in how many of these cases could CPR be useful in reviving the victims. If I am not wrong it alongwith several other practical skills that are of value in the real world are taught in schools in the developed countries but not in Indian ones. Gym trainers should be mandatorily CPR certified. I am thinking of keeping a strip of high dose Aspirin handy. Those intending to join the gym should undergo the TMT test at least.
