Indusind aura edge platinum credit card joining fee doubt?

Hi Dimers,
anybody using Indusind aura edge platinum credit card. Bank executive told this is life time free card and no annual charges/joining fee.
But I was charged rs 1100.
I contacted bank they were saying that it is one time fee.
anybody faced this issue before.

I got it as Ltf didn’t charge any Annual fee.
This probably happens when your credit limit is less thn 1 Lakh. The fees will get reversed if you spend min 25k within 60 days of card issuance.
My limit is just 30k and it’s Ltf.
BTW how did you apply for it? Online or via branch?

I have the same card and i guess i was approached by paisabazar for it. Can somebody tell me whats special about this card except being ltf? I think it has basic rewards system

They should reverse it. Same issue had happened with me but the amount was automatically reversed after some days.
