Indusind bank sent incorrect amazon gift card

Indusind send me this msg but when I purchased a 500 rs amount Amazon gift card and it showed me 250 voucher + 250 via cc on the page, I only received 250 gift card. What can I do here? Or has anybody experienced the same from indusind?  I owe their legend cc and don't remember the last time I used it (probably last year).
