I don’t understand

i did not submit the document, they called me for a credit card and i told them i do not want to apply. but still they applied. my credit limit in iconia amex got reduced.
and one extra credit card is showing in my cibil.

Split the limit btw which card they applied

File a complaint in cyber crime cell. Also file a complaint to the nodal officer.
But did you furnish any document? How they got hold of your ID/address proof etc.
They keep calling me saying “this is a service call” and then offering “cad upgrade”. I have to tell every time that card upgrade is commercial call and not service call and I will file complaint against them.

The English itself looked fishy.

If you have enough proofs that you can prove their mistake/misuse, pls go ahead and file a complain to Nodal officer followed by a legal notice demanding claim for financial loss and mental harassments.
Accordingly, if not sorted, take the matter to forum for getting the claim

Bro you got a supplementary card on your Amex Iconia , Iconia has two variants Amex and Visa , since amex is not accepted your Visa Addon card it issued in Jiffy
and the Iconia limit got shared between two cards. they even contacted me for the same but i denied as the Visa Iconia rewards are Half of Amex Iconia rewards
