Charge for card should be 500+18% only, have you checked if the rest id for something else or card only?
Raise a dispute and you should get refund if its just for card.
I was charged 1100 for non maintenence when max 900 can be charged and my balance was way over minimum. Got the refund in 2 daulys after raising.
