I got a call for lifetime free Indusind Legend Credit Card and I opted it. Card has got delivered but today I saw negative comments about poor customer service of IndusInd bank. I am not sure If I should activate it or not. Please suggest.

Don't worry if you maintaining credit card only relationship with them, specially when you have LTF credit card.

I've used this card for around 2+ years
Pro's
- Visa Signature variant has some exclusive Visa Delights offers (₹2 Times prime, cashback on tap and pay etc)
- Lounge access (international and domestic) with no spend criteria
- Discounted forex fee (1.8% vs 3.5% what other cards charge)
Cons
- e-commerce platforms rarely have instant discount offers for IndusInd
- Reward rate is ₹.75 weekdays and ₹1.5 on weekend.
I mostly use this card on weekends for offline shopping and redeem the points via twidpay to pay utility bills.
