Indusind Mobile Number update nightmare, request pending since 15+ days

Recently I placed a request for mobile number update in indusind bank since there was no option in ATM machine after submitting all documents they took 3-4 days to ask an OTP from me and raised request and its been > 15 days or more request still in pending stage, branch people don't have any clue they said we have done our work raised the request never seen so much delay, we accuse Axis Bank but technically they are 100 times better than Axis Bank
So if you are planning to open and use indusind bank account keep these things in mind never make it your primary accy and never keep funds in it you have to visit branch multiple times fr trivial tasks even I had to visit branch multiple times to finally raise this pending request,
I must say PSU banks are much better and faster than these so called advanced technology banks they are going into drains day by day

I am having similar experience with IndusInd. Horrible bank!
I don't understand whether their it team is drunk or what, they keep introducing new bugs everyday
Indus is not for beginners

Bro raise complaint on pg portal and consumer helpline they need to be taught a tough lesson and if 30 days exceed after complaining must approach banking ombudsman,

how on the earth a bank needs months to update mobile number
Canara bank updated my Mobile in just 2 hours .... went to branch filled form and submitted it
Psu banks are much better than indusind
Indusind bank has the worst service.
