Indusind - Worst VKYC experience

Indusind must have hands-down the worst video KYC facility among all major banks. Even PSBs like BoB have better VKYC services.
Have been trying to get VKYC done for LTF Legend credit card for the past 1 week but unable to do so. Facing issues on multiple levels:
1. Extremely long queues - At any time of the day or week there is a virtual waiting queue of at leeast 5 or 6 people, going up to 10+ during working hours. This means there is a waiting time of ~30 minutes every time. During this time we can't switch tab or app without risking a session timeout.
2. No prior compatibility checks - Unlike other banks' VKYC services, Indusind doesn't do basic checks like camera, location and microphone permissions before adding us to the queue. In case one of these permissions are not enabled, the agent may not wait for us to enable these permissions and will simply close the session, and we'll have to wait another 30 minutes for the next agent.
3. Camera focus issues - Indusind's browser window doesn't seem to have configured the camera correctly. While using a Samsung device, the edges seem to be out of focus and the agents are unable to take a clear image of the PAN. They say that this is a common issue with Samsung devices and asked me to try with another device. Haven't faced this issue with other banks like BoB.
Anyone else faced these issues? How did you overcome them? They say they don't have an option for physical KYC either.

Agent called me, not sure how they got number.
no joining fees, confirmed on vkyc application link.
same happened with me during Baroda VKYC…Try VKYC Using Firefox browser.
I suggest Microsoft Edge for VKYC-related services on phone and laptop.
My VKYC was done within a minute, no queue
for me initially I was not able to switch to rear cam and the front cam was not clear and had focus issues, but towards the end somehow it got switched and he was able to take the pics clearly. Didn’t face any issues apart from this

indusind is the only bank that doesnt deserve to be a bank. i have a savings account and their customer support is non existant. in this online era, you cant get things done if you are not in your home branch. emails sent to the nodal officer email, gets internally forwarded to customer care only. the only way if you want to get things done is complaining to RBI. i opened and closed account barely using for around 2 years.
Indusind is very weird bank they have useless video branch app but still you need to visit branch for:
1.Nominee updation 2.Account transfer to another branch, 3. FD closure 4.Name correction, All this can be done through Axis mobile app within minutes
They have a useless partner account with free so called signature Atm card this card works only on ATM machine and not works online and these useless guys have no clue what to do, whenever you complain they will say try on another website and share screenshot, and these useless guys raise request for VbV 3D secure unlock which closes as there is no such block is there, still you need to maintain 1 lakh rupees in this useless account, one more worst thing is even if you change your mobile number they still keep sending sms alerts on old mobile number
done vkyc recently, no issues completed within a minute
Ya tried to open FD online without opening savings account.. had to visit branch to complete kyc.. Still backdated
I got a call today for LTF Indusind Legend card.
Process was smooth and everything completed in 30 mins.
Person over call asked PAN, DOB, Mobile and email id.
Then got a link where OTP was required for mobile and aadhar.
Then the person filled my address and work details. Gave me 2 option - 3L limit without documents or 6L with one month payslip. Opted for second option and sent payslip over WhatsApp.
Got video kyc link, asked for current address and took PAN/photo details. And that's it.
So, if they don't send any sms afterwards, I think I will get the card in next week. This is my highest limit across all cards and can be fastest application process overall, if they deliver it next week.
