I want to know what happens to the main balance in prepaid if we convert to postpaid

Customer care person is saying that since talktime is not having any validity, it will be adjusted in the first or second bills after converting to postpaid

No carry forward as per October. Main Balance become null. Don’t know if terms changed after that.
