Information about Exchange and return of Phone

Please provide relevant information:
1. If i purchase a phone with exchange of my old phone. eg. phone price 25K, exchange value 10K, i paid 15K.
2. Exchange phone given and received new Phone.
3. What if i return the phone :
a. will Flipkart/Amazon refund me 25K or
b. 15K will be refunded with my old phone

Phone return is impossible in Flipkart/amazon
Only replacement is possible that also only after technician verification.

25K Refund (If somehow u can convince Flipkart/Amazon that the new phone is faulty)
Once the exchange is done, they won’t return the old phone at any cost!

Even if they do, they will offer only actual exchange value without bump up/additional discount.

In first case…i really doubt if Az/fk will refund… They would rather offer only replacement
