Recently i received courier from LIC with intimation on an amount lying with them on the name of my father.
My father took a personal loan from sbi in 2021
Maybe they have taken insurance on his behalf to safeguard their money.
Anyone has any idea how to get policy documents from sbi bank and discharge form, so as to get the refund from lic

It contains policy number but when I tried to login via the same it's showing incorrect userid error
