[Suggestions] What to do of old Coir+foam mattresses

Have lots of old mattresses at home. We kept dumping old ones in store room over the years and kept buying new ones. Now we need to empty the store rooms and rent out those space to somebody in coming months. Can these mattresses be sold, or made reusable or put to some better/economical use? Awaiting your suggestions. Thanks.
