hi dimers,
i never applied fr any insurance by myself earlier except the insurance that i got fr my scooty while buying last year, insurance is gng to end in dec bt i rarely use scooty i as travel ofc by cab n car is almost unused since i joined office. so dint prepare insurance from last 2yrs fr car.
bt since traffic rules got strict i just wanted to know any way to get a name sake insurance fr the least amount possible as m nt going to claim it anyway.
plz help.. u can ping me too.

Never compromise for few thousands.
Insurance for Car is very very important.
V r nt using it at all, in last 2 yrs it has only gone fr servicing, not evn a single trip or weekend ride. if in use i would hv nt minded paying 12k fr insurance bt without use.. i feel it is useless to spend even 2-3k on it fr name sake.. taking insurance just so that while gng fr servicing, i dnt hv to pay fine thats it

Advice: Go for a good insurance and drive it once or twice a month for long journeys with family. That way you won’t feel bad for the insurance plus family will also be happy with you for not selling the car and atleast it will be put to some use.
Or you can Rent/ Hire it out and cover the insurance and earn some side income too.

@Greedy_Sloth Soft copy is sent to the customer’s email id. Even you can login to your account of insurer or policy bazaar.
I dint get any soft copy to my email id nor m able to see any pdf in my account of policybazar.com

Now you can even fetch the insurance policy to digilocker app and save it, in case your provider is either one of the below:
Bajaj Allianz, maharashtra
Future Generali, maharashtra
Max life insurance, Haryana
Ministry of Road transport and highways, all states (in case your insurer is some other, it will fetch through your vehicle detail)
New india assurance, all states
Tata AIA insurance, Maharashtra

Why are you looking for Zero Dep specifically ?
Do you use your Kwid in-city only or for frequent highway drives as well ?
Get third party insurance in both cases. Around 800 for scooty n 2500 for car. Thats the min rate mandated by irda.
