Need help with deals or best hacks on Insurance payment of 31k.

I have below

CC: Federal, Icici Amazon Pay
DC: Hdfc rupay, sbi, citi
Wallets: All major

Please suggest best way even if it's not a loot deal, I am okay.

FyI: Amazon pay insurance payment not working as amount is greater than 10k.

Amazon Pay does not allow you pay Insurance Premium bills using credit card. So your Amazon Pay ICICI card is no good for that. All cards exclude insurance payments from their rewards systems. Some cards even exclude the insurance payments from the milestone benefit as well.
