I have made couple of transactions on snapay almost 20 days back and had used PWR as the transaction platform but still the intermiles has not been credited, checked with both twidpay and intermiles suppprt but no resolution yet.
Both putting the blame on each other, not understanding to whom should i raise the concern?
Does anyone else faced such an issue recently, around a month ago?

Yeah, same issue. I raised to twidpay. They said they are looking into. Also said raise to intermiles also for quicker resolution. So have mailed them also today now.
One person mentioned he didn't get even for September transactions.

I don't know whether it's an issue with intermiles or twidpay but both the parties are clueless regarding this. I got the reply from twidpay support as, issue with the partner end and both the technical teams are working on it, meanwhile you can check with the point issuer for faster resolution.

It was auto-credited. I'd transactions pending from August and September. No transactions done in October.

20k gives only 600 (3%) normally. But everyone got 10% like you. So 1400 was excess.

I checked the points and transaction history. I see they have reversed entire 10% points. So, they need to credit back the 3% points now. Hopefully I will get my 1551 points back.
