Both putting the blame on each other, not understanding to whom should i raise the concern?
Does anyone else faced such an issue recently, around a month ago?

Yeah, same issue. I raised to twidpay. They said they are looking into. Also said raise to intermiles also for quicker resolution. So have mailed them also today now.
One person mentioned he didn't get even for September transactions.
I don't know whether it's an issue with intermiles or twidpay but both the parties are clueless regarding this. I got the reply from twidpay support as, issue with the partner end and both the technical teams are working on it, meanwhile you can check with the point issuer for faster resolution.
Anyone got resolution yet? For me, twidpay keep saying they are working towards it. And intermiles hasn't even responded.
I redeemed all. And mine got -ve. So it doesn't matter. All my November transactions will go to make it +ve😅.
There is no proper history for which transaction excess IM removed and also not sure whether regular IM's credited
I dont had acess.. it was 2k points on snappay 20k paid amount.. so i dont think it was aceas points.. still got deducted
20k gives only 600 (3%) normally. But everyone got 10% like you. So 1400 was excess.
Still its 900 pints on 15k transaction.. that snapapy show.. ealier was 1000 on 10k.. so it was offer
I checked the points and transaction history. I see they have reversed entire 10% points. So, they need to credit back the 3% points now. Hopefully I will get my 1551 points back.

Now they started crediting. Got points for 21-22nd November.
But they are again doing excess credit. For 4 transactions, they credited 6 times.

We have to register first, and miles should be credited to intermiles account within offer period. I transferred 16300 miles on 19/10/22 for 2x and 500agv offer. But intermiles credit only 35% bonus miles instead of 2x because of trasfer points settled on 21st oct. Offer was valid till 20th oct. Now hdfc is not sending reward statement to prove my tranfer date to intermiles.
I need to earn 550 miles by 4/2/23 to retain platinum tier. 4300 miles are pending but will be credited after 6th feb. Is there anyway i can earn 550 miles instantly apart from gv purchase?

Any idea how the 1 year Amazon prime from intermiles work?
I am trying to click on link and apply the code, but it is getting hanged at last page. Also, On second page, it is somehow showing 179 rs and on last page it is saying recurring payment of 1499.
Isn't 1 year membership a direct payment without recurring subscription?
