Scamming  Marketing technique

Hundreds of people thought that they are getting iphone 14 plus at 1999 and now they are writing negative review in flipkart that they have been cheated in no mind right as flipkart clearly mentioned that it is a pass but yes its a dark marketing showing big banners of phone which they obviously know that lot of people in India are not that digitally literate to understand the difference and will definitely fall in trap and they made huge money as these people won't buy the iphone and nor their money will refunded and on the other side those who were making up their mind to purchase the pass without knowing the final price of phone are now facing Pass out of stock case

So there are people having pass but won't buy phone and there are people who want pass and its out of stock and there is no method to transfer pass only possible way is to sell their account which i don't think is a good idea what if after selling account the main account owner cancels the phone order and other scams

Which model and version will be best for reselling locally at profit (secondary goal) but at no Loss.

Primary Need some GST invoices for tax benefits.

Ugly side of marketing which no one will challenge since losing 2K is not a big deal whether they want the phone or not. One reason Amazon gained popularity for being more transparent and highlighting facts about what you are paying for! The sad part is there are no regulatory body to stop these bad practices which is exploited every year. Few tech influencer have warned about this repeatedly too.

None, iPhones are like over valued stocks which could sell at bit higher price within 1 month and lose 25% correction price thereafter every 6 months. Infact, IPhone 12 is being blocked by Apple by paying European Regulations showing high signal vulnerability too! I am surprised they are still selling it outside Europe still?!

Any idea about emi option for sbi card to get total 3500 discount for iphone in amazon and later discuss with bank and cancel the emi option.Please comment if anyone has done this with sbi bank.

Who in right mind would think our believe that they are getting any iphone, leave alone iphone 14plus! 

It sounds harsh but if someone who can afford an iphone and native about such marketing gimmicks deserve to lose money
