I was trying to loading my wallet using Lazypay UPI and amount debited from Lazypay but transaction show pending, So I waited 15 minutes and after I was trying to login but its show "unable to login you, contact customer support for resolution.
I think they blocked my Wallet but amount 10000 stuck.
Kindly guide me what I should do?

Signed up two days ago and I did full kyc same day.
So it’s not kyc issue.
Its transaction issue.
Government application always worst.
Other application show error but goverment application Direct blocked account.
I dropped mail and they want masked Aadhar card, account statement and Transaction details screenshot.

I did Lazypay>I-Mudra
I -Mudra > mobikwik.
I did total 8 transaction.
4 transaction yesterday.
3transaction on23/03/2021
And today I did only 1 transaction but when I trying to loading I-Mudra wallet Transaction pending and after 15 minutes I am trying to login its show account does not exist.
Please help me.

I did give them all details masked aadhar, Lazypay UPI homepage screenshot, transaction screenshot.
I am unemployment person and Rs 10000 equal to Rs 1 lakh for me and I take Rs 10000 from ky friends’s credit card.
When did you share? just to know the time log?
Wallet blocked today 9:30PM
I sent mail and received response 10:30PM
And I shared documents with them 10:36PM
I received email from their end after documents share
“We would like to inform you that your below-enclosed email has been forwarded to the concerned department. You will receive a reply in this regard shortly”

iMudra Grievance Redressal
We aim to resolve all complaints at the first point of contact. In case customer doesn’t get a satisfactory resolution to their query/complaint at Level 1 they can get in touch with the Grievance Officer with ticket number and details of grievance.

Turn-around-Time: 5 Business days from the Date of Receipt. (If any case/transaction is related to fraud/chargeback, then we may take more days to resolve the issue).
Don’t worry. You will get money in max 4 days in lazypay wallet. I also had same issue but they didn’t blocked my imudra wallet.

Its show after transaction "Transaction pending if successful your Wallet top up in 15 minutes. Usually if we added more than Rs 10000 its show same but after 15 minutes received wallet top up message from Their end but yesterday I did not receive successful message and after 15-20 minutes I am trying to login but it’s show account does not exist.
I don’t need wallet only need refund.

Generally how much time will take to get refund in lazypay? My transection fail befor 6 day but still not receive refund.

After lodged complaint at Twitter, received
Response on twitter “Account unblocked on 25-03-2021 and refund initiated on 26-03-2021” but I haven’t received refund till now in lazy pay.
Also they shared refund initiated Png image and I clear see refund order id, amount, date etc on image.
I shared this details with Lazypay.
May I know receive refund in 7-14 working day or need to wait more than 2-3 months?

Hi, I add 10k using lazypay UPI on 3rd april.it reflect in imudra wallet after 15 mins . Again I load 10k using lazypay UPI on same day. But it says duplicate error but money deducted from my lazypay. I send mail to their customer care and they told to wait for 7 working days to get refund. Now 7 working days finished but not received refund. How to get refund reference number from imudra team? Spanjaykumar… Please help me

For your convenience I want to tell you that if you have Your I-Mudra transaction ID you can share it with Lazypay because their refund Order ID & Transaction ID same.

Unble to make transection by I mudra cards. Every time its failed. 15K available in wallet. Is this server issue or account blocked..?

Clear Lazypay due Using your I-mudra card, if you don’t have Lazypay then ask someone and cleared his Lazypay Dues.
If anyone belongs to Rajasthan then Go To E-mitra Shop and request him for transfer your I- mudra wallet amount in bank account, but payment gateway will be charged 2% charges.

I-mudra card may be worked at Zestmoney, if anyone taken Loan from Zestmoney then you can pay your EMI at Zestmoney using I-Mudra card.

Mine is working fine , just Loaded IMudra and then paid LazyPay bill.
Seems KYC issue, because for minimum KYC verified users, monthly wallet limit is ₹ 10,000
