Irresponsible customer care and team (Dont ever order in tatacliq)

I ordered a washing machine in Tata cliq on 6th sept Order, I was assured to get it delivered on 7th sept, Since i had urgency i ordered thinking ill get the next day,
but it didn’t happen, Tata cliq lethargically just shipped the Washing machine only the next day noon and the courier couldn’t deliver on 7th and i was delivered on 8th. To my surprise there was no follow up on installation , I had to call brand service by myself to install it , On 9th the installation guy came and inspected and said its damaged, Please raise for replacement,
Pathetic thing , Tatacliq doesn’t offer replacement , On top of that if we request for return , I need to wait for atleast 2 working days to get initiated, Here my money is stuck, My product has not arrived on time and its damaged, I was asked to wait for 2 working days for the team to pick it up and wait another one week to get back to my amount. This is such a stupid policy,
Since i needed this washing machine urgently i ordered in tatacliq thinking ill get next day ,now my money is stuck, I don’t get replacement, I have to wait for another whole week to get my money back to my card, Top of that i lost my bank offer.

I explained the same to customer care team, They having nothing but parrot replies , they said they cant do anything, I have to wait for next 2 days for the return to get initiated, I have ordered in many websites, They do returns almost the same day, although the product delivered in bangalore , which is the same city as seller, Why is that i need to wait for so many days.

Tatacliq, Just having the name TATA doesn’t gonna earn you customers, Offer proper and prompt service to customers, i am done shopping in your website because of your stupid policies and your incapable customer support.
