Guys please help me,
Is a vitamin D3 test the same as a Vitamin D total test?
Because Doctor prescribed Vitamin B12, Viramin D3, Calcium, CBC.
In local lab asking 2000 for all test, but in pharmeasy app Full Body check up is for only 1300 but in that fully body checkup they not mentioned D3.
They mention Vitamin D Total,
Is a vitamin D3 test the same as a Vitamin D total test?
Can i go for Online test Or Local.

D2+D3 = D total. Go for online lab test

Vitamin D, Vitamin D total, 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D Test. You will see different names in different apps but the test is same.

For the testing they actually test 25 (OH) D which is the active form in blood. Both D2 and D3 get converted to 25 (OH) D.
So it won’t make any difference.
For the supplementation, D3 is the preferred one mostly.
