Is aritel app bill payment is down..Not able to pay electricity,gas bills etc

It's not workeding since yesterday evening.I don't think it's bbps maintenance issue,since cred which is using bbps works.
Today I am able to pay the bill but the payment is stuck..Amount debited but bill payment in progress..
This app really needs an improvement..

Mine also paid electricity on airtel app via Airtel axis card twice , both times showing payment in progress,
Seems like airtel app has the issue bbps is working fine.
Money stuck now
I paid electricity bill 2 days back, its still not paid and stuck in progress. Last month's payment also still shows in progress, though they refunded after few days. Airtel app is unreliable for non airtel bills. Made me pay late fees.

Previously had issue in cashback now reliability of the app... Literally make difficult to use Airtel àxis card..

Ya right, what's the use of having airtel axis cc when airtel always have one or the other payment issue
Major benefit was for utilities and airtel bills only

Last month I did around 2-3 electricity bill payments in airtel app via Airtel cc ,it was processed instantly, don't know what's going on this month,
Tried 2 times both in processing stage,
Thinking of trying out 3rd time with another airtel account

Many people in past and in present facing similar issue with this pathetic airtel thanks app
And keeping it only for airtel recharges worth 300 cashback is not worth at all
Utilities 300 cashback was a major perk of this card

As per others they have received refund in around 5-7 days , if after 7 days refund not received, you can raise a dispute with axis for sure

It will remain in progress i think but after 5-7 working days refund automatically processed as per past experiences
amount paid on 16apr refunded , paid again bill processed this time

Refunded for me..But my due date over,so paid through Amazon.Good to hear that bill processing happening...But this is most unreliable app with no one wants to take responsibility.
By the way,still seeing transaction in progress in Airtel app..
