is Amazon Prime Membership worth it in 2023? What are your thoughts, I don't shop on Amazon regularly also free shipping is there above 500Rs Products and mostly I order above 500Rs item most of the item and talking about Prime Music - I Simply don't like it. I have Spotify, Gaana ,Wynk Music and YouTube Music all are Premium and I like these services more than prime music reasons are very - most music are not available ,UI and UX is not friendly and convenient. Prime Delivery is an Advantage along with Prime Video but because of absence of Playback Speed Option - I DONT USE Prime Video ,I simply download the show/movies and then watch it as per convenience on VLC/MX Player.
I will be happy if they would have an OFFER Like Bill Payments/Recharge exclusively for Prime Members but those days are gone which was available in 2018,2019.
So, what are your takes on this, please post your thoughts that what you like the most about prime subscription and which is there service - music, video, delivery you like and that is why you are paying them....

@shraaj based on your opening post, you don't need PRIME.. not even if it was priced at 800 . So don't bother about renewing it.

Yes Yes Yes. Very much yes for any person who orders regularly on amazon.
✔︎ I love to get many of my orders on the same day
✔︎ Prime music is a very good backup, when we don't have good offers on other platforms. Also it's natively supported on amazon echo devices, I too have subs for YT Music, apple music, gaana via TP etc, but still fallback to Amazon music ocassionally, or ask family members to use it .. so that my play history is not cluttered.
✔︎ Prime video is quite good, as much in use as others like NF/ Hotstar etc. Also since the contents are totally different, we will need this unless you pirate. I would rather give 1k for a years Prime than 1k to Voot (which till date we are getting in discount, but just saying)
✔︎ Even if nowadays very rare but we get offers exclusive for Prime members which are useful.
✔︎ Prime Reading is not very bad if you like to read, I know it has limited titles, but if you want to stay away form piracy and are an avid book reader.. it has got some good titles too. Kid in the house likes to read.. Also there are times when I am boarding a long journey train, rather than going to the book shop, I just get some from Prime reading catalogue.
Maybe some guys like gaming, prime gaming might be useful for them
So basically all things provided in Prime may not be interesting to all, its user specific if you like it take it. But hard to justify this generically.

It's different from person to person, it's worth for me as I place orders regularly in Amazon. Last year almost 155 times ordered, in this year January itself I placed the 12 orders. Prime Video is bonus.

honestly speaking i am a prime member since it launched and has been ever since . its fully worth it bro . u can order anything without delivery charge stress . regular deals for prime members . amazon pay balance has many offers swiggy uber and all . primevideo has more and more stuff . why take stress for downloading series and all when u can stream it lmao ;. per day its 5 rs fully worth it bro

Absolutely not worth it. Only I have it for 3 months because of Thriwe offer on Visa Infinite debit card and another 3 months because of SBI Debit Card Rewardz offer, and another 3 months on another Visa Infinite credit card. 
Not worth paying for though.

In fact I won't go for a shared amazon account ever. I like to keep balance in my amazon account for small purchases without any traction or headaches. Also I know my balance is at least 5% discounted.
All my friends have their own prime account too.
I Think Amazon also followed this Discussion thats why they introduced Fashion cashback offer only for prime members 
, now prime members thinking thier vote decision.
Buying Annual Prime Subscription from DD Trading Section for Rs.800-900 is worth a try and VFM too 
It was justified at the price range of ₹999. But availing the same in a higher rate of ₹1499 is not worthy for me.
i have bought the subscription every year since launch
i get it as 750 because im a student but next yeat onwards itll be 1500 for me and i think its def not worth 1500 even with with icici card and prime gaming releasing

Prime video itself is worth for me, using 3 Firetv’s, shopping regularly on Amazon, got Apay ICICI card. Not sure why people can’t justify ₹1500/year if you shop regularly, use cc and watch prime videos.
Renewed it for ₹1399 ( got ₹100 discount to renew it in advance).
Loot mindset have made guys think it's not worth the money
It's very simple,count total no. of orders below 500 in a quarter and make the decision (not even counting prime video)

I have a mum who likes watching TV and I tend to place quite a lot of orders. Teaching her torrenting and all of the other hassles etc is not worth my time lol.

No one day delivery even in prime.. won't use amazon music..telegram for movies...for small delivery charges and early and not so good deals... spending 1.5k is waste i say
